Program Description

Express CR Inc offers SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers, brokers, shippers, and driver applicants. The types of messages you can expect to receive include:

  • Freight quote status and updates
  • Driver application status notifications
  • Load assignment and dispatch communications
  • Delivery status and ETA updates
  • Operational and safety alerts
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Account and order notifications

How You Opt In to SMS Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Express CR Inc through the following methods:

1. Website SMS Opt-In Form

You opt in by completing the dedicated SMS Opt-In form on our website at www.expresscrinc.com/#sms-optin — the only SMS opt-in point on the site. The form asks for your name and mobile phone number and presents the following consent language:

"I consent to receive conversations (external) text messages from Express CR Inc. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message and data rates apply; Messaging frequency may vary."

Our Driver Application form does not opt you in to SMS — submitting it never enrolls you in text messaging.

2. Verbal Consent

When speaking with a customer or applicant by phone, our team asks:

"Do you agree to receive text messages from Express CR Inc? Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary."

Consent is recorded and logged before any messages are sent.

Message Frequency

Messaging frequency may vary. You may receive messages related to active freight quotes, driver application updates, dispatch communications, appointment reminders, and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.

How to Opt Out

To opt out at any time, text STOP. You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Express CR Inc at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Email: Send a request to recruiting@expresscrinc.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include your phone number.
  • Call: Contact us at (779) 390-9070 to request removal from our messaging list.
